Located to the southeast bank of the Fuhai
Lake,this chalet was completed around 1731(9th year og Emperor
yongzheng's reign).It commanded a captivating bird's eye view
of the vast lake and of the beautiful distant landscape of
the Weatern Hills .The major hall was forst named Jiexiu Shanfang
and later renamed Yunjin(Satin Cloud) Villa ,In 1817 the southernmost
courtyard was rebuilt into a large hall with a three-ridge
roof and was named Guanlan (Watching Waves) Hall.
